After CitizenShip you can choose to go one of three ways Church, Civil, Military. You will then be promoted up each stage on what you do and how well you do your job. When you get to either ArchBishop, Lord or Field Marshall you then can be promoted to a Senator then a Secretary etc. Plus There are Ambassadors for every country which have a similar status to Secretarys. Promotion can have several benifits in your social life as well. For Example you can sign your name General _____ if you are a General and call yourself Sir _______ if you are a Knight.
